ATOMIC POM
ABOUT US
Established in 2009, Atomic Pom is a Metro-Detroit Collegiate Pom Team made up of members from various local universities. We are unified by the passion to perform and compete!
In addition to pompon, our program is affiliated with Hip Hop. In 2012, Atomic took 1st place in Michigan's UDA Collegiate Hip Hop Competition. In 2018, we placed 9th in the USA division of World's Hip Hop International Competition. We primarily compete in Mid American Pompon events, including the State Competition and High Kick Competition each year.

TEAM MEMBERS
Among numerous tryout candidates, Atomic Pom Team members are selected based on their outstanding pompon skills, superior showmanship, charismatic and friendly personalities. Our members are dedicated athletes that influence the pompon community across all age groups and team divisions. Atomic Pom has the privilege to represent many schools our team members belong to. Our team members are dedicated to giving back to our local communities as much as possible, and participate in various philanthropy events throughout each season.

Many Atomic team members and alumni play an important part in the pompon community. Many of them not only compete(d) on Atomic Pom, but coach other middle school, junior varsity, and varsity pompon teams, cheer and dance teams! We are always #AtomicPomProud of our team members and their influence to the pompon community!
