MEET THE STAFF
Coach Courtney Kuznicki
Courtney has been coaching for 10 years, including 4 years with Atomic and 6 years at Salem. She was on Plymouth Pom for 4 years and Atomic for 2 years. She currently works in Healthcare Supply Chain.
Coach Maddie Ruffing
This will be Maddie's 7th year coaching! Maddie coached at Franklin for 5 years and this is her 3rd year with Atomic. She was on Atomic for 4 years and captain for 2 years, and is also a Franklin Pom alumni. Maddie is a special education teacher for 9th-12th grade students.
Coach Madi Sewell
This will be Sewell's 6th year coaching and 2nd year with Atomic! She was on Atomic for 6 years and captain for 2 years, and is a Churchill Pom alumni. Sewell currently works in biomechanics research.
Director Nikki Foster
Nikki has dedicated 22 years to coaching, working with programs at Garden City, Salem, and Atomic before stepping into her role as Director of Atomic Pom. Her experience across multiple levels has helped shape competitive, driven teams and strong athletes. As a Garden City Pom alum, Nikki brings passion for the sport and a commitment to growing the next generation within the Atomic program. In her professional career, Nikki is a Clinical Nurse Manager in the ICU. She also loves spending time with her daughter, Everly.
Director Kristy Ritchie
Kristy Ritchie brings 15 years of coaching experience to her role as Director of Atomic Pom. Throughout her career, she has coached at Garden City Middle School, Garden City Varsity, Salem JV, and Salem Varsity, building strong, competitive teams at every level. As a proud alumna of both Garden City Pom and Atomic Pom, Kristy’s journey has come full circle. Kristy is also a dedicated STEM educator for 5th and 6th graders. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, three cats, and three French bulldogs.
