MEET THE STAFF
Director Nikki Foster
Nikki coached for 22 years at Garden City, Salem and Atomic before becoming Atomic's Director. She is an alumni of Garden City Pom. Nikki is a Clinical Nurse Manager of an ICU, and loves spending time with her 3 year old daughter, Everly.
Advisor Kristy Ritchie
Kristy coached for 15 years before taking on the role of Advisor of Atomic Pom. She coached for Garden City Middle School, Garden City Varsity, Salem JV and Salem Varsity. Kristy is alumni of Garden City Pom and Atomic Pom. When she is not busy with coaching she is teaching STEM to 5th and 6th graders and spending time with her husband, 3 cats and 2 frenchies.
Coach Courtney Kuznicki
Courtney has been coaching for 9 years and this is her 3rd year with Atomic Pom. Courtney coached Salem for 6 years. She is a Plymouth and Atomic Pom alumni. She works in supply chain. Courtney loves hanging out in the backyard with her 2 cats, Stella and Maya, and going on drives with her husband!

Coach Emily Thomas
This is Emily's 910th year coaching! She coaches South Lyon for 9 years and this will be her 2nd with Atomic. Emily is a South Lyon and Atomic Pom alumni. When Emily is not coaching she works in marketing and spends times with her boyfriend and their puppy, Link!
Coach Maddie Ruffing
This will be Maddie's 6th year coaching! Maddie coached at Franklin for 5 years and Atomic for 1 year. She was on Atomic for 4 years and captain for 2 years, and is also a Franklin Pom alumni. Maddie is a special education teacher for 11th-12th grade students.
Coach Madi Sewell
This will be Sewell's 5th year coaching and 1st year with Atomic! She was on Atomic for 6 years and captain for 2 years, and is a Churchill Pom alumni. She recently graduated with a degree in Biology from EMU. Outside of coaching, she enjoys going on hikes with her dog!
