Atomic Pom’s Annual Summer Showdown & Showcase will be held at Plymouth High School on Saturday, June 13, 2026. This event provides Mini, Middle School, JV, and Varsity teams the opportunity to perform and preview their routines ahead of summer camps and the upcoming season!

 

Teams may register for one of the following segments:

        Showdown (Competitive Segment):
        Varsity Teams only. Teams will compete against other teams and receive placements.

 

        Showcase (Non-Competitive Segment):
        Teams will perform and receive judges’ feedback and a rating-based award (Platinum, Gold, Silver, or           Bronze).

 

Payment Deadline:

• Early Bird Rate: $15 per team member — due Sunday, May 31st*

• Regular Rate: $25 per team member — due Saturday, June 7th

 

*You must pay in full on or before May 31st to be eligible for Early Bird pricing

Full event details will be provided upon registration.

 

Showdown Requirements:

The Showdown will be the competitive segment of the day and will include competitive placements. Showdown routine length minimum is 1 minute, 15 seconds. The maximum length is 3 minutes, 30 seconds. Showdown is only available for the varsity division. 

 

Showcase Requirements:

The showcase will be the non-competitive segment of the day and will be scored via scorecard. Teams will receive feedback & a platinum, gold, silver, or bronze award. Showcase routine length minimum is 45 seconds.  The maximum length is 3 minutes, 30 seconds. Showcase is available for mini, middle school, junior varsity, or varsity teams.

 

Judging Categories:

The Summer Showdown & Showcase options will both be judged based off the categories below for a total score out of 100:

Appearance (10 pts)

Showmanship (10 pts)

Form/Execution (10 pts)

Snap (10 pts)

Rhythm and Timing (10 pts)

Formations and Transitions (10 pts)

Form/Skill of Kickline (10 pts)

Choreography (20 pts)

Overall Impression (10 pts)
