Registration: Opens March 30, 2025

We invite your team to participate in either the Showdown (competitive segment), or Showcase (non-competitive segment). If your routine is not quite finished by this date, that is okay! You are welcome to perform a portion of the routine and gain great feedback!

 

Showdown Requirements:

The Showdown will be the competitive segment of the day and will include competitive placements. Showdown routine length minimum is 1 minute, 15 seconds. The maximum length is 3 minutes, 30 seconds. Showdown is pom routine only. Teams will be split into “Middle School”, “JV”, & “Varsity” divisions. (Subject to change based on the size of registrations)

 

Showcase Requirements:

The showcase will be the non-competitive segment of the day and will be scored via scorecard. Teams will receive feedback & a platinum, gold, silver, or bronze award. Showcase routine length minimum is 45 seconds.  The maximum length is 3 minutes, 30 seconds.  Any routine type is welcome! (Ex. pom, kick, dance, etc.)

 

Judging Categories:

The Summer Showdown & Showcase options will both be judged based off the categories below:

Appearance (10 pts)

Showmanship (10 pts)

Form/Execution (10 pts)

Snap (10 pts)

Form of Kickline (10 pts)

Skill of Kickline (10 pts)

Skill/Level of Ability (10 pts)

Choreography (20 pts)

Overall Impression (10 pts)
